Victoria Pilger (she/her/hers) joined Disability Rights Advocates in 2024 as a Staff Attorney. Prior to joining DRA, Victoria clerked for the Honorable Lois Bloom in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Victoria received her J.D. from the City University of New York (CUNY) School of Law, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the CUNY Law Review. In her time at CUNY Law, Victoria interned at the Center for Constitutional Rights and at the Legal Aid Society’s Civil Law Reform Unit, and was a student attorney in CUNY’s Disability and Aging Justice Clinic. After law school, Victoria represented tenants facing eviction and housing discrimination as a Staff Attorney at Mobilization for Justice.

Victoria received her B.A. from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. Before becoming a lawyer, Victoria worked in fundraising and development at Head & Hands, a Montreal community organization that provides holistic and harm-reductive medical, legal, and social services to marginalized youth.
