Ross Kloeber is a Chicago-based litigator at Fox Swibel Levin & Carroll LLP, where he focuses on complex commercial litigation, shareholder and organizational governance disputes, and related government regulatory matters in state and federal courts. He has worked across numerous industries including with financial services, technology, and life sciences companies.

Ross is passionate about disability rights and advocacy. Prior to entering private practice, Ross served as a post-graduate PILI Fellow with Equip for Equality, Illinois’s federally designated protection and advocacy organization for individuals with disabilities as a member of its Civil Rights Litigation Team.

Ross earned his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame, where he served as a senior editor of the Notre Dame Journal for Law, Ethics, and Public Policy and as vice president of the Moot Court Board. He received his B.A. in anthropology from the University of Rochester.
