Raika Kim joined Disability Rights Advocates in 2025 as a Wolinsky Fellow. Raika received her J.D. cum laude from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she served as the President of Disability Law Society and was a member of the Bartlit Center Trial Team. 

During law school, Raika interned with Equip for Equality, the ACLU of Illinois, and the EEOC, and externed with the Honorable Edmond E. Chang in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Raika wrote her Note, Hindsight Is 20/20: Epilepsy Is Not One-Size-Fits-All, to highlight the failure of the ADA to adequately protect people with epilepsy. Her Note was published in the Northwestern University Law Review in April 2025.

Prior to law school, Raika worked as a senior paralegal at Olivier & Schreiber PC and a paralegal clerk at Rosen Bien Galvan & Grunfeld LLP. She received her B.A. with Highest Distinction from the University of California, Berkeley in 2020.
