Operations

I have an accounting background both in nonprofit and for profit. The depth of my nonprofit accounting background started at CompassPoint Nonprofit Services, a nonprofit that provides leadership programs, consulting to nonprofit sectors, as a Fiscal Analyst for 12 plus years. I also started a role in Human Resources for the same organization to work on employee benefits, compliance management, system implementation. After CompassPoint, I started exploring finance consulting and supported Choice in Aging as interim Finance Manager and consultant for FADF (Filipino American Development Foundation). I’m also currently serving as an Audit committee for FAJ (Filipino Advocates for Justice).

With my skill set, I’m excited to support the DRA staff and community in different operational functions.
