Ieshia Henry is a people and business operations professional with more than six years of experience supporting HR operations and organizational functions. She is passionate about creating efficient, people-centered processes that help employees and organizations thrive. Throughout her career, Ieshia has managed employee lifecycle operations, improved HR workflows, supported cross-functional initiatives, and coordinated operations for growing organizations.

Ieshia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Hunter College. She lives in Brooklyn, New York, with her husband and their two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending quality time with her family, and creating meaningful memories with the people she loves most.
