Arunabha Bhoumik
Arun Bhoumik is Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Global Head of Litigation and Investigations at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. At Regeneron, Arun oversees all general litigation and government investigations, including investigations by the Department of Justice and other enforcement agencies, commercial disputes, antitrust litigation, shareholder litigation, regulatory litigation, product liability litigation, and other disputes.
Prior to joining Regeneron, Arun was the Head of Litigation and Chief Compliance Officer of Time Inc., and a partner at Manatt Phelps & Phelps LLP. Earlier in his career, Arun was a federal prosecutor in the Criminal Fraud Section of the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington DC, and an associate at Cravath, Swaine, & Moore LLP. Since 2018, Arun has served on the Board of Directors of the South Asian Bar Association of NY.
