Allison May is a retired attorney and former law partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, where she counseled clients on credit card and payment systems transactions and transactions designed to leverage intellectual property and information technology within the financial services industry.

She is a 1998 graduate of Georgetown Law School and the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Ms. May has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair, and her interest in disability rights advocacy began when she was an undergraduate at Stanford University working with other students with disabilities during the years leading up to the passage of the ADA. She remains committed to helping achieve equal access to public accommodations, services and opportunities for people with all manner of disabilities.
