Scott Smigel is an attorney, executive and real estate investor based in Santa Barbara, California. Before moving to Santa Barbara he was managing partner of Mitidiere, Smigel & Greene, a Century City, California law firm specializing in real estate finance, investment and litigation. Smigel was the founder and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of California Professional Savings and Loan Association headquartered in Beverly Hills, California, and is the founder, Publisher and Senior Editor at Arcana Custom Media, providing content to travel publications and a publisher of travel based affinity publications. Throughout his life he has been a Director, Trustee and Officer of many non-profit organizations and independent schools.
