Scott Gordon joined Disability Rights Advocates in 2024 as a Senior Staff Attorney. Prior to joining Disability Rights Advocates, Mr. Gordon was an attorney at Schneider Wallace Cottrell Konecky LLP in Emeryville, California from 2018 to 2024, where he litigated class and collective actions on behalf of employees and consumers. At Schneider Wallace, Mr. Gordon was a lead attorney in numerous successful cases and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2021. Mr. Gordon received his J.D. from Temple University and his B.S. in finance (with distinction) from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Gordon worked as a researcher for the Center for Autism Research, a joint project of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, and was a law clerk for the Schneider Wallace firm. Mr. Gordon is a paraplegic as a result of a car accident and is excited to work with DRA to continue the fight to eradicate the barriers still faced by people with disabilities.
