Jelena Kolic joined DRA in 2015 as a DRA Fellowship Attorney. Prior to joining DRA, Ms. Kolic was a staff attorney at Legal Momentum, where she engaged in litigation and policy work relating to women’s workplace rights and gender-based violence. Her litigation work in particular focused on employment discrimination against pregnant workers and women in non-traditional fields. Before Legal Momentum, Ms. Kolic was a fellow at Sanctuary for Families, where she worked on issues involving human trafficking and domestic violence. Ms. Kolic received her J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 2012, and her B.A. degree from Cardinal Stritch University in 2006.
