Survey: Employment Accommodations at the Social Security Administration

Disability Rights Advocates (DRA), a national non-profit law center with offices in Berkeley, California, Chicago and New York City, is investigating the experiences of Social Security Administration employees who have been denied disability-related accommodations needed to do their job. This survey is voluntary, you may provide as little or as much information as you feel comfortable. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone outside of DRA. This survey should only take 5-10 minutes to complete, and will help us in our effort to ensure that SSA employees who need disability-related accommodations receive them promptly. We may contact you to get more details about your experiences. Please note that we may not contact every person who completes a survey.
