Cristina Rubke

Cristina Rubke is of counsel at Shartsis Friese LLP where she focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution and counseling. Cristina is a member of the International Trademark Association and San Francisco Intellectual Property Law Association. From 2012-2020, Cristina served via mayoral appointment as a member of the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, which oversees public transportation, traffic and parking in San Francisco. Cristina is an avid sailor and regularly competes in national and international regattas. Cristina served on the America’s Cup Organizing Committee for the 34th America’s Cup and served for six years on the board of the Bay Area Association of Disabled Sailors, where she continues to volunteer. Cristina graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 2001 and  received her law degree from Santa Clara University in 2004.
