Barb is a certified professional dog trainer with a strong background in positive reinforcement training techniques, behavior modification, and compassionate care. Her service dog played a pivotal role in her life after she suffered injuries from an accident. This experience ignited her commitment to disability advocacy. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Muttville and a Behavior Training Specialist at Peninsula Humane Society & SPCA. Barb is also an advisor to a number of companies. Barb’s experience includes executive and operational roles within technology companies, in which she successfully guided them through different stages of growth, from pre-funding to liquidity, facilitating successful IPOs and significant acquisitions.
