Individual Education Plan (IEP) Representation

There are several agencies with resource materials that may provide you with the information that you need. These organizations have excellent special education resource guides available for parents which clearly explain parents' and students' rights concerning IEPs, 504s, and due process. These organizations also have parent advocates on staff who may be able to assist you with your child's special education issues. These services are either free or low cost.
