DRA Phases Out Public Intake System

As of December 10, 2015, DRA has phased out our public intake system so that we can focus our limited resources on our primary work—providing legal representation to groups and organizations and representing people with disabilities who are experiencing systemic discrimination.

DRA is a non-profit legal center that for 22+ years has primarily handled class action and high-impact litigation on behalf of people with disabilities. For much of our history, DRA has operated a public intake system wherein the public could contact us via fax, email, phone, or in-writing and submit their requests for legal assistance. While DRA no longer operates this public intake system, we do have a list of referral resources posted to our website.

DRA will continue our decades-long work of advancing equal rights and opportunities for people with all types of disabilities nationwide. We are proud to represent local and national client organizations benefitting people with the full spectrum of disabilities including mobility, sensory, cognitive, and psychiatric in systems-change, class action cases.
