Qualifications and Requirements

DRA is looking for dynamic and motivated attorneys with three to five years of litigation experience and outstanding academic and professional credentials to work in either its New York or California office.  This position will ensure professional development and provide an opportunity to work on cutting edge civil rights class cases nationwide.

Ideal candidates should have litigation experience that includes: drafting and responding to written discovery, taking and defending depositions, researching legal issues and writing motions, and negotiating and overseeing settlements.  Preference will be given to candidates who have class action experience.  Candidates need not have extensive disability law experience, though some connection to disability is preferred.

Applicants must be active members of the California Bar for the California position or New York Bar for the New York position, in good standing, to be considered.
