Unique Opportunity- Experienced Civil Rights Litigator Wanted

Disability Rights Advocates (DRA) has an opening for an experienced attorney with at least seven years solid hands-on litigation experience and with the ability to be lead counsel in class action litigation. We are looking for a smart and high energy person who can take on or grow into a leadership position.

Qualifications:

  • at least seven years experience handling complex civil litigation including class actions
  • excellent writing, analytic, and oral argument skills
  • proven ability to manage, supervise, and mentor
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • commitment to support and lead a disability civil rights organization that has a nation-wide scope of operations
