Seeking Feedback on Elevator Service at DC Metro Rail Stations

Last Updated December 2nd, 2015 Status:

Disability Rights Advocates (“DRA”), a nonprofit legal center, is investigating complaints regarding the duration and frequency of elevator service outages at Washington Metro rail stations.

DRA is interested in learning about the experiences, both positive and negative, of people with disabilities who rely on elevators at Metro stations.

If you have a mobility disability and you need to use elevators to access the Metro rail system, we would appreciate speaking with you.
