Thanks to the generous support of our donors, Disability Rights Advocates is pleased to make available on our website and in our offices the work of artists from the National Institute of Art & Disabilities (NIAD). NIAD provides an art program that promotes creativity, independence, dignity, and community integration for people with developmental and other disabilities.
Ron Elsberry joined Disability Rights Advocates as Of Counsel in 2008. Previously, Mr. Elsberry was a staff attorney with the California Supreme Court and practiced civil litigation with Furth, Fahrner & Mason in San Francisco. He received his law degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in 1987 and B.A. in English from Texas A&M University in 1980. Mr. Elsberry is admitted to practice in all California Courts, the U.S. District Court of California (Northern District) and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit).
