Seth Packrone joined Disability Rights Advocates in 2015 as a DRA Fellowship Attorney and became a staff attorney in 2017. He is currently an Attorney with the Impact Litigation Practice at the Bronx Defenders.

With DRA, Seth developed and litigated class action and systemic litigation with a focus on access to services for people with disabilities in prisons, schools, and other settings. During law school, he was a student attorney with the Education Law Clinic, the Massachusetts Law Reform Institute’s Homeless Child Protection Project, and the Criminal Justice Institute, for which he was awarded the Exemplary Clinical Student Award. He interned with UNICEF’s Disability Section and the Public Defender Service for the District of Columbia’s Special Education Division. Prior to law school, Seth taught English in Malatya, Turkey as part of the Fulbright Program. Seth received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, his master of philosophy degree from the University of Cambridge, and his B.A. magna cum laude from Harvard College.
